There is a reason no one comes to this location.  Extremely unfriendly staff that just doesn't care about helping their customers.  I came to buy a 30" e-cone for my dog because she was still able to lick her paw that was healing and the cone she had was too small.  The Vet-tech proceeded to tell me she couldn't sell my a cone without vet approval.....ummm its not a prescription....its a piece of PLASTIC.  This is why I will make the extra drive to continue to go to the Allen location, everyone is Allen is so friendly and will jump through hoops to take of your fur baby.   Do yourself a FAVOR and run.....I will never bring my babies to this location.

DO NOT GO THERE! Jasmine (receptionist) is by far the RUDEST person I've EVER delt with! I just needed some answers on how to deworm my pregnant cat, Vet was out to lunch and she wouldn't even take my number to have the Vet call me back! So very very RUDE! Lost my business!

This place will kill your dog. I'm currently looking for a good attorney to get this place shut down. My Boston terrier went in healthy, they gave her a vaccine known for killing dogs, and now I am paying hundreds of dollars to try to get her fixed as much as possible. This place is a death trap, I will never recommend these guys to my worst enemy!! I can't believe this AND they are claiming no responsibility. UNBELIEVABLE!!! please don't make the mistake I did, don't let these people touch and potentially kill your family member.

The best care my 4 kitties have ever received. I have been going here for years, and a few dr's have come and gone, as happens over the years...but every Vet I get is better than the last mazing Vet.  Dr. Hodson is fantastic. He has taken such good care of my terminally ill kitty. Not only has she far surpassed her life expectance, but she is comfortable and happy and doing so well. The staff is caring and provides great service. Leigh, Alyssa, Anita, oh my gosh I know I am forgetting others..But they are all kind to my fur babies, professional to me, and really care about what they do.  As long as I live within a 4 hour radius of Mckinney, I will go here..if I ever move farther than that..who knows, I might still drive the distance :)

My dog had liver failure and they sent him home to die.  They would not tell me how grave the situation was.
