Beware!!!!!! Don't sign up with the wellness plan! These people lie! It's a 12 month agreement! They don't tell you that! They say you can cancel at anytime. If you go to a low cost vaccine clinic it's way cheaper then this plan is! Also you can go to a low cost vet for 40.00 wellness check up. Don't let them fool you. I tried to cancel and they said I would owe 298.00 for the remaining of the contract.  My dog doesn't go to the vet every month, so I'm paying months where there's no services rendered. Also if you go to low cost clinic you can get your vaccinations for a total of $30 for one series.  These people should tell you're entering a contract, it's partly my fault because I should've read it before I signed.

I took my dog here after she was got a bug bite/sting. Her face swelled up and couldn't keep anything not even water down. I dropped her off with her harness and leash on. When I got the okay to pick her up the vet came and told me she chewed thru her harness. Shouldn't they have taken it off of her before putting her in the kennel? So she was sitting in a kennel for 4+ hours with a harness on. Does not seem right.My dog is doing better but upset that they did not bother to take her harness off and let her sit so long with it on.
We usually go to fort apache banfield but they didn't have any openings. Fort apache is much better than Summerlin. We've never had a problem there.

I made a 2:30pm appointment at Summerlins Banfield Pet Hospital with Lauren and confirmed it twice.  I drove all the way from Mt. Edge only to find she made it for 3:30.....Not!  I wouldn't have made a 3:30 because I had a 4pm appt.  Not a happy camper, will never go to Summerlin Banfield again!!!  Poor customer service!

Staff is always friendly and courteous. Prompt as best as they can be and extremely caring.
