We love the people at Banfield, but more importantly our dogs do! Josh and Pat (Vet techs) are amazing to deal with. One of our dogs has terrible allergies. They have been thorough and compassionate while treating him. 

Frankly I think the Wellness plans are a great deal. I would much rather pay a small monthly fee to know my dog can have unlimited office visits, x-rays, immunizations, etc. than be hit with a huge Vet bill if he gets sick or hurt.

I have never had any complaints with everyone who works here. I have moved to Portland tn and because of how much we love taking our fur babies here we still continue to take them here. The staff is amazing

Banfield in Madison, TN is absolutely amazing. They make me and my babies feel loved and important. My 3 babies have been on the Wellness Plans for 5 years and I have never had a bad experience. My dogs get amazing preventative care since I can make monthly payments. Really not sure what's up with all the negativity. I've had nothing but awesome experiences with Dr. Mullins and her team.
