We had always been very happy with Banfield during the three years that we've been taking our dog there. The vets  and staff seem very caring and knowledgeable. However they recently lost a veterinarian ,  and have decided not to replace him. This has made it very difficult to receive a sick visit. When we called to try to get our very sick dog seen on a Saturday, we were told it was impossible to see him until Thursday.    Not only is that heartless, but also extremely dangerous.  I guess we're going to have to start looking for a new vet!

Excellent care and attention to our dogs. Easy to make appointments. Area clean, bright and efficient. Banfield even offers a medical plan for frequent/routine visits that other vet plans do not offer

While I adore our vet, the staff ( with few exceptions) are incredibly rude. I don't know how they keep clients at all.

If you have a sick dog then you know how stressful it is.  The people at the vet are supposed to HELP not make things worse.  This was the worst customer service and veterinary care I've ever experienced.  I would not recommend nor will I be going back.

They do great with our dog Buddy. Always calls and checks on him after appointments and works with you on all levels. The vets and people there are great and really care about not only about our dog but our family as well.
