My pup is savage. I mean aggressive in a way that makes me want to shoot him with a dart gun from a distance so he is sedated. The vets and staff have given him incredible care, despite the fact that he attempts to take their life every time he shows up. They have been incredibly helpful in options I can use to assist in his behavior, and have been very understanding of us as his owners as well. Anyone who risks their life to give a dog a Lyme shot is someone who deserves a five star rating.

Doctor was rude and uncaring. My dog was scheduled for a follow up and they had mentioned cancer in the first visit. The doctor did not even look at his foot or do any follow up until I insisted. They just gave him a bordetella shot that he didn't need for another month then didn't even look at the right foot and I had to point it out them, they still did not check where the cyst was on the foot and it was still visible. Within two weeks later my dog had bumps and cysts in more places from the medicine they put him on the first visit and I had to take him to another pet hospital. On top of that my young dog is very energetic and the doctor was commenting on how he should be trained and alluding that I was neglecting my pet when he is a well trained, certified, service animal that was not being handled correctly. Highly disappointed in their services, attitudes, staff, and overall experience. You couldn't pay me to ever take my pet here again.

An awesome, thorough, caring Dr who is extremely passionate and understanding!! I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!! Their wellness plans are an affordable way to keep our little ones healthy and happy!! It's even more convenient to be able to drop my pet off with any concerns!!

I was visiting from out of town, and I forgot one of my dog's medications, which she critically needed.  I mistakenly thought a nationwide hospital would be helpful.....  Not the case.  They told me I would need to schedule an appointment with a veterinarian for an examination, which I agreed to do, but then told me they could not schedule an appointment for me until the next evening.  I then contacted a local clinic,  and they called my veterinarian at home and provided an emergency supply within an hour.  Please find yourself a local, caring veterinary clinic.

I would NOT recommend this place to care for your beloved pet. They will try to get you to sign up for their SCAM of a wellness plan. It's supposed to offer discounts and not charge an appointment fee, while the $30 some odd dollars coming out of your bank account every month is paying for that "appointment fee" or crummy "discount" on medication. The footnote saying you have saved "X" amount on the bottom of the bill just helps the scam seem like a "deal." They say that the puppy plan is 1 year which they fail to tell you that it rolls into an upgraded plan to continue charging you. They don't contact you to let you know this will be happening even if your animal hasn't been to see them in 6 months. Wouldn't you think there is an issue with your client that is due to come in and you haven't seen them in many months?? Also, when your animal has an issue, they offer you the most expensive treatment to solve the problem (I could have bought a used car for the amount they told me it would be.) Once you start to go on about how you can't afford it, they all of the sudden have other less expensive treatments (that they didn't have before), just to get some money out of you. I hope someone finds this Review helpful. I am no longer a victim of theirs and I hope nobody else falls for their scam. I am well aware that if you do not have the funds to take care of your animal properly that it may not be right for you. All of my pets no longer receive care at Banfield, as I have chosen much better local clinics for their care. They are all healthy and happy without unnecessarily  spending an arm and a leg for their care.
