DO NOT USE IF YOU NEED TO FLY PETS IN CARGO BELOW 45 DEGREES OUTSIDE! They are not willing to write any form of documentation to allow pets to fly in temperatures below 45 degrees on airlines. We paid for the banfield pet service for 3 years (20/month) without ever needing it really... when the time comes to need them, a few days before we move... they let you down. We are now at risk of having to leave our pets behind while moving, because they are unwilling to meet airline regulations for flying! Glad I spent thousands dollars over the years for a service thinking our pets were in good hands -- to find out Banfield doesn't support pets flying on airlines! Terrible terrible terrible. Good thing all i had to do was call any other vet and they were willing to help out, and prevent us from having to give up two members of our family.

All the Banfields are too busy to provide appropriate care. Other than routine appointments, it is almost impossible to get in for acute conditions. I called 3 local and the first appointment was 3 days away. They insist on dropping off your pet and leaving them to be seen in between procedures. When I told them I would sit with my dog and wait instead of having him sit in a cage, they would not allow that. What is the problem with me waiting with my dog? Totally unfriendly policies. Make sure you have other vets available if you want to go to banfield.

We absolutely love bringing our pets (Ollie and Chubby) to Banfield at the Dayton Mall. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The vet's on staff are the best in the business (Dr. Walker and Dr. Will). We love having a vet that we can trust and our pets love.

They injured my dog Sears burner electric blanket and has a scar on her side negligence on their part

I truly wish I could give a negative star. I took my babies here for years. When my normal vet vanished with no notice, whom I would have thought after years of building a relationship with would have notified me. I started to see a new vet with a completely different office and organization, not bainfield! I found out that one of my boys had a alcer in his eye and a absess! My other son had three infected abcessed teeth, when I had brought it to bainfield attention in the past they told me it was normal for an older cat. I later after transferring had to have them all surgically removed. I had no idea, because I trusted my vet. My cat with the eye issue also have to have surgery due to the abscess. Disgusting organization!
