Quick, easy visit, got what I needed and left without any incident. Super affectionate and attentive towards my pet. Informed me on what services he definitely needed, and what they recommended. Did not push their plan or any extra services on me.

WARNING MONEY SHARKS!!!!!!!!! When I first got my puppy, I came here to get her rabies and distemper shots. The vet was very professional and polite so these 2 stars are for her. After the vet spoke with us, she left us alone with her assistant. The assistant started being a sales woman and literally tried to get me interested in EVERY shot they offer plus neutering, DNA test and even accessories. She used scare tactics such as "if you don't get her this shot she will most likely get this disease." She went through at least 10 different diseases and shots. I saw the prices for these shots later and if I decided to get them all, I would have so spent like 600$ !!!!!! I specifically told her several times that I just wanted to get my puppy rabies and distemper but she really pushed all these other things to the point that she became insessently rude. When I said no to getting my puppy fixed, she said that "this world has enough dogs and a responsible owner would get her fixed." That was an insult and none of her business whether I want to breed my dog. I am not responsible for every other dog in this world and I don't deserve to be viewed like that. Afterwards I went home and did some research- I found that the likelihood of my puppy getting a majority of these diseases is slim to none. Needless to say, a year later I decided not to take my litter of puppies to banfield. If you're not filthy rich don't go here, they are MONEY SHARKS!

I love this place. They remember my kids' names and I love the doctors and the entire staff.

Would not see my dog even though he was crying out in pain. I call twice, they could have told me then. If I could give a no star I would!

I have taken my cat there for the same problems. I spent per visit over $100.00 for each time. I was told to buy her a prescription cat food. Which was another $41.99 out on the floor. The cat is still has blood in her urine. I guess I will have to take her to another Vet. that can get the problem handled. Be careful when going to the vet.! They will take your money and still wouldn't fix the problem.
