Dr Hahn and Toby are doing an excellent job with my Lab-Pointer mix puppy. I would highly recommend their care for any dog. I have learned so much from the staff. It's been quite a few years that I've owned a dog and the patience and education that they offer has been amazing. Thank you!

This whole physicality is amazing. The staff is wonderful.  All of them. I hate to go somewhere else. Bring your pet here!!!!! I have been to other Banfields and can't begin to tell you of the horror story's.  Come to West Lynn, you won't regret it.

My experiences with Banfield have been very positive.  They've been helpful for normal check-ups, for helping one of our kitties after she accidentally hurt herself, and helped figure out a mysterious ailment that was plaguing one of the others.  (She turned out to be allergic to chicken!)
With the chicken allergy issue especially they really stepped up to help: Its extremely difficult to find cat food with no chicken in it, and they actually pulled out a booklet with cat food information to help me select a safe food for my cats.
(They all like the new kind better)

My one complaint is that the health pet wellness plan they try to sell you on really doesn't seem worthwhile.

As far as vets go, these guys take the cake. They cared for my dog, deeply explained my options for treatment, and gave their personal opinion that seemed in line with real people and not just vets concerned with making money. Will always come here.
