Took my cat (9 year old fur baby) here for a minor surgery. He was healthy when I left him there. His vitals were good they said. They sedated him, and he died before the surgery even started. They said that they don’t know what happened, that it could be an underlying issue. Except I got all of his blood work done just a couple of weeks before and he had no issues. No bedside manners. No care. No answers. Pretty sure they killed my cat, and I would not say that lightly.

Do not go here for something that could be potentially serious. Last week I took my Guinness because he was throwing up and had really bad diarrhea which was due to him eating a ham bone (grandfather gave it to him not knowing it was harmful) they asked me if “I thought he ate off a big piece” my family said they didn’t know and that he was just knawing on it. Which they should have just assumed he did and said to go to AN ACTUAL EMERGENCY HOSPITAL FOR A POSSIBLE OBSTRUCTION. He was severely dehydrated, panting, shaking and not himself at all. She gave him an iv to help with dehydration which did nothing btw. She gave him back to us while we were still in the room he got worse within minutes. As she went back to get medication. His eyes got really glossy, his pupils were dialated, his eyes started to twitch and the skin in the eye did too. We told the doctor which she identified as “neurological problems” she “suggested” we take him to the actual hospital with no sense of urgency in her voice AT ALL. She was going to let us just take him home btw. Upon going to the ACTUAL EMERGENCY HOSPITAL they took him from me immediately and didn’t even ask questions. They told me he was in shock. He was dying from the moment we were in bansfield and THE DOCTOR COULDNT IDENTIFY SHOCK. I lost my baby that night in my arms from an obstruction. He was only 2. Please do not take your dog her for ANY illness or just don’t come here at all! I wouldn’t want anybody to feel this pain.

Dr. Innis, Layne, and team have done a great job today with our aging Beagle. They were very professional, courteous, and had us on our way within 30-40 mins. I recommend this team for any pet owner in the Loganville area! Thanks.
