We have the most amazing vet that at no matter what location she's gone to,  we've followed her. We just love how she's taken really good care of fur babies. I couldn't imagine any other vet taking care of them.

We have always been treated with respect and care.   Kudos to Dr. Williams and her staff for making us feel special each and every time we arrive.

We have 3 Rottweilers we've been bringing them here since they were each 6 months old.  Our eldest is 6, the next 5 and the little one 3. They have the nicest people and it's a well rounded group.  Sure sometimes we have to wait because they are overly crowded, but it's always well worth the wait!!

My dogs have been patience there at Banfield since they were puppies.   I have always been very happy with the service till today.   My dog was attacked by another over the weekend and suffered over 20 puncture wounds.  After calling at 7 am to try and get her in, I was told to wait till 9 after the doctors get there.   Then, I called back at 9 and was told that I would only be able to do drop off because they didn't have the time.   

As my dog is a part of my family, to be told that Banfield cares.  That is a joke.  They don't want anything but your money.   Any now I have to continue to be part of Banfield because of the wellnes plan she is on.   This is going to be bad for them.

Just had a bad experience at this place and its not the first time. Walk up to counter and they were taking care of a customer and ignore my daughter, I and our pooch. Than another third customer walks up and they begin to ask the other customer all politely may I help you and continue to ignore us. We arrive on time and waited, we finally get attention from the staff and tell us sorry we will have to reschedule, I explained we were waiting and the woman stated they can take care of us but would need to keep our dog now. We just left and told them we will go somewhere else. My daughter walked up to the lady who continually ignored us and the lady responded to my daughter who said hello with a "what" in an unfriendly mad look on her face. Horrible customer service if you dont fit thier little perception of an ideal customer. Never again will I go to this Banfield again. I may boycott petsmart as well.
