Awful customer service. I called in to ask about neutering services for my cat and the girl who answered was incredibly untrained and unversed in any relevant information. She had to keep asking someone my questions and then when I asked to just speak with whoever she was talking to, she put me on hold. When she returned she had one answer to my most recent question but continued to ask someone in the background. I noted the urgency of the mentioned procedure and she told me I couldn’t even have a consultation until NOVEMBER. Not recommended. Train your employees and don’t make them the middleman to your prospective customers.

So disappointed with the attendance at the Framingham Banfield hospital. My dog ​​had an appointment today, July 24, at 3:15 p.m. and I arrived on time and Miss Desiree (very rude) told me that the appointment  was 3pm and if I wanted my dog ​​would be taken to the back and I could not speak With the doctor. I gave proof for her with the email and the voice message from Banfield with the rigth time  3:15. Miss Desiree did not even apologize to me until I asked for her name. Banfield Hospital needs to better prepare their  employees to serve the customers. If she was treating me like that in front of several customers, I can imagine how my dog ​​would be treated far from me. I am very sad  and  disappointed with the bad care in this company today.

So disappointed with the the services. 
We bought the wellness plan and we still need to pay for everything. 
Hard to make appointments...

I have been taking our dog there for last two years. The service has been good and people have been nice.

Located in a Framingham Pet store, it offers Monthly Health Plans to take care of you pet with no out of pocket expenses for regular maintenance. Friendly staff.
