I needed to open a savings account in order to cash savings bonds.  I had checked a few banks in the area and found this one to be the best.  I had originally planned on opening an account with Johnson bank, but the banker I worked with was absolutely rude and unpleasant.  I went over to Bank Mutual and Jacen was absolutely wonderful and very polite.  I have had a good experience so far and will continue doing business with this bank.

Do not to business banking - they don't actually do anything in house, will tie your business accounts to external, third parties that they have no control over, and do nothing to assist -  Ashley Yarbrough. Bank Office Manager, Assistant Vice President should be avoided at all costs - incompetent.
