I feel like this particular location is always partially broken more so than what is considered to be normal/expected. Frequently, we will pull up to the ATM, step out of our car, and walk up only to see that it's either not accepting cash deposits or check deposits. I'm not sure how regularly it's serviced, but be warned that on most evenings it's not fully functional!

This ATM is constantly broken. Accepts checks maybe 50 percent of the time. I have reported this to bank of America on several occasions, was informed that someone would follow up with me and then..... Nothing. Sad to say, this is typical of Bank of America customer service.

Like others have said, this is often out of order.

Check deposit was available while cash wasn't.   Seems all too common in my experience that BoA ATMs are rarely more than partially working at any time.
