This is the worst branch of Bank of America. Customer service is real bad. I was first in the line and the teller took someone else who was  not in the line because he has a business account she stated. I mentioned that I was here for business matter as well and I’m supposed to go first. She ignored me and kept doing business with that person who seems to know her very well. Laughing and having good time. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I spoke to the bank manager who didn’t seem to help in any way. I decided to take all my business money over to the right place who know better how to do business. It’s a shame to still have these kind of people working in a bank as Bank of America.

Staff deserve 5 stars , most of them I know for over 14 years. I drive from Port Chester, NY to this location just because of the staff but this location in particular needs more than one teller, there is always a line and people seem to be upset because the wait is too long. You have the best staff in the area, people do like coming here. Some people can’t use the ATM for all  their banking needs. ATM can’t never replace a teller, please consider adding one more teller. Hope this review helps.

This bank is too busy to only have 2 tellers. Waiting in line for over an hour is ridiculous.

The lady Rosanna is VERY VERY VERY RUDE. She is very unpleasant to deal with. Her customer service sucks!!! She is giving bank of America a bad name and I would NEVER go back to the branch because of her.

30 people in line and two out of over 10 windows open. Ridiculous
