The Lock on the door either doesn't lock, or wont let you in.   It's been two days now after reporting no access available to ATM do to broken card reader on door.
I was told on the first day when it was reported that a Tech would fix it within 4 hours. Now its going on day 3 watching a whole town not be able to access a B of A ATM. 
   It's the only one in Ft. Mohave so there's no other option. This is a older community so i feel bad for the Seniors not being able to do their banking needs. We are all gonna close our accounts because of this.
  Go to CHASE. B of A doesnt care.  I've called twice now with no results on the repair. It's at the Technicians digression to fix. Obviously NFL Playoff Football or something else this weekend was more important than there customers.
