The logo for this bank should be a snail. Absolutely the worst banking experience ever. Came here twice just to get an account closed with employees not knowing the full process or snapping back for having to do their jobs. The experience should be easy, not like pulling teeth. Also, why are they using clover as a way for customers to pay off fees?
Decent rush but recommend to fix an appointment and come . Drive through available. Free parking available behind the bank on zabriske st .
Customer service is terrible on top of long waiting line. They make you feel like they are doing you a big favor.
The customer service is great, once you wait a long time in line! The bankers are busy with customers in their cubicle and there is always only ONE teller every time I come in. I always see two or three other people behind the glass doing miscellaneous things, with a lost look in their faces. I just don’t get it. Why won’t the other associates help move the line along?! What happened to customers first? Come on!!!!
HORRIBLE customer service...never enough tellers on duty and the ladies who are behind the glass could not be any less friendly. I'm sure it's because they hate working in a place that is understaffed and full of customers who blame them for how long we must wait. The worst thing about this branch is how the rest of the banking staff just sit around or go in and out of the back office door without the slightest concern for the long line. TERRIBLE...go to Chase two blocks up - they actually learn your name and say hello to you!
Extremely long waiting times. There were four people behind the window but only two stations open. Why? There were two people per station. I understand it takes a while sometimes but that's just ridiculous. Was going to leave it at one star, but the main woman I had happened to be nice, hence why I left two stars instead of one.
After I handed teller/manager 650 in cash, we briefly chatted. When I handed her the deposit slip, she told me I hadn't given her the cash. Completely trusting her I checked my bag, sat down, continued to search my pockets. Upset, I called a family member. Finally another teller says she will check her drawer. Lo and behold 650 appears. Intentional or unintentional error, customers, especially seniors, had better be aware
I like BoA as my main bank but do not like this location. It doesn’t matter how many people are in line for a teller, they only ever have 1 teller working. I rarely make teller cash deposits but when I do i have to plan to be at this location for a long long time.
The woman johanna romero set up an appointment for 4:00pm we had waited till 4:41pm because she scheduled wrong i left the bank. the next day we went in with the manager walter saying to us youre sorry now? i asked if he wanted our business he replied with no. thankfully boa helped out 2 days later i got my card and account.
I just had a fantastic fantastic experience with Katherine Jerez.They were very helpful in my banking needs. I think Ms. Jerez Was very congenial and helpful and courteous in every way. I think she deserves a raise as well as a pat on the back for the job she’s doing.
