Bank of America is the ONLY bank I have ever seen where the phone rings forever and then they hang up on you without ever speaking to you. This is a direct line call to the Indianatlantic branch.

I've had it with this bank and I'm closing ALL my accounts immediately!!

The manager there did not have enough foresight to allow me to go ahead of some customers to have a notarization done which takes 2 minutes. The other customers we're opening a business account that takes apparently hours.

Excellent customer service. They forgot to order my checks, and when I called the branch about them, the manager, Mike,  had checks expedited to me.  They arrived in 48 hours!  He followed up with a phone call to make sure I received them and made sure I wasn't charged for the overnight delivery.  It is human to make mistakes, but I was very impressed by the way the manager fixed it and followed through.  Mike was also very helpful with an issue I had with a cashiers check.  Thank you for being there for your customers!  In the day and age of big banks, the manager made BOA seem like a small town bank. :)
