This branch is awful. I’ve been multiple times and there’s never anyone working and they are absolutely worthless. They don’t even acknowledge you when you come in and say I’ll be right with you. I went today to get quarters and the teller was on lunch break so they couldn’t give me quarters. So rediculous! You only have one teller working a day?!?!

Dear Bank of America, I'm loyal happy costumer who appreciate your business everywhere except this location. 
  I've had bad experience multiple times on this location, so I try to avoid it but I had to stop by again and got disappointed one more time.
  Problem was always staff lacking knowledge or training. Including the management. (Saying things cannot be done or are not correct, taking over 30 minutes to verify. Then apologizing and doing it only partially out of fear they are still wrong)
  Please reeducate management or replace and retrain rest. 
 If you do not want to do buissnes with costumers on this location just close it.

Almost always has a line and only one teller, yet they have a greeter who isn't qualified to handle transactions. Please hire and use more tellers!
