Slowest service ever. Whenever I come to this branch I wait an average of 10-15 minutes to deposit a check with a teller. Plenty of desk people but 1 teller is all I’ll ever see. I’m not a fan of BOA but use them with my work, so I have no choice. Y’all charge plenty of user fees... spend it on another teller.

I was just told I can be “invited back” because the only teller needed to leave an hour later. This is a banking business....if you can’t handled my banking business of depositing then why be open?

They have no idea what they are doing. So slow and lazy employees. Its terrible

Friendly staff but every time I am there it's one teller and a line of twenty or thirty people. Honestly it's the worst. They clearly don't value your business. There are four or five other bank personnel there, but apparently none of them can or will work as a teller. The line can be an hour or longer. It's been this way for months. Bank of America should be embarrassed.

It is a very stressful place to park. They can only accommodate no more than eight cars at a time and you are stuck paying a meter, or looking for space in front of somebody's house.
