Same as other reviews... Insufficient staffing. No notary. Attempted to close an account and was asked to make an appointment and come back.

I went in today and there were 3 tellers. One was with a customer. The other two had "next teller please" signs up at their desks but were clearly chatting and laughing with each other right at the window while I was waiting in line. They didn't even greet or acknowledge me. Just waited until the other customer was finished so the one who was working could assist me. Very poor customer service, especially compared to most BoAs I've been in.

I have never ever had slower service anywhere.  It is incredible how much time I have wasted in lines waiting for tellers to help me at this bank.   I am moving my accounts to another bank asap.  I'm done wasting time due to insufficient staffing.

Worst customer service ever!!! One teller for 10 customer the other employee flitting and hitting on a customer instead of working!

The staff here is pretty nice.  They are helpful and seem to know what they are doing.  But its a fairly busy location, often a line for a atm, personal banking assistant or teller.  Even the greeter has a line sometimes.  Also, they NEVER answer their phone!
