Excellent experience everytime. Very busy branch& unfortunately sometimes there's a wait to speak with representative. Sometimes have to leave & return at later time to complete business. Would give 5 stars if that wasn't the case several times.

The bank manager the lady ridiculously claim she feel threaten by me I think she will remember who I am horrible banking station/management.As to me Bank of America need to do batter job come to customer service.i want every one to know the best banking location is stafford and sportsvannia

Bank of America scam they hold your money then when bills need to come out it overdrafts your account leaving you with a 35 dollar fee the thing they do to get over on you we all work hard for our money I don't need the bank taking any more plus Wells Fargo is way  better

Bank of America is an awful institution.  They take money from hard working people ... to line their pockets.  They charged me $70 in late fees because I overdrew my account by $20.  I am closing my account because of this.  It makes me want to throw up in their bank lobby.  I will tell all my friends, family, co-workers what this bank did to me.  All of my friends, family and co-workers know how hard I work for my meager pay check.  I have a job that is for the good of society and not about money ... that also makes me loath Bank of America even more. Even their name makes me sick ... they are a bunch of greedy, fat, icky fat heads running the place.  To all Bank of America employees ... by working for such a place you are growing mold on  your soul.
