I had a large amount of cash to deposit into my business account. The teller wanted me to walk outside and manually deposit each bill into their ATM instead of having the teller do it (are you guys that lazy?). I did not feel comfortable depositing the money like that which is why I even went in the lobby in the first place. I'm tempted to just withdraw my money and take it to Wellsfargo. They do not value customers and espcially if they look young.

everyone there is horrible dont trust this bank i rather go to any other bank but here they need to hire better ppl to work all the good ppl leave you should consider paying them more so they dont

Horrible Customer service. Even the manager is not fully aware of rules and regulation. Showed her Government issued ID but she wants a passport instead.

While the staff is plenty friendly, I was very disappointed to learn that the BAC policies are not what I would expect, (particularly considering that I am a Stockholder!).  Anyhow, had a Cashier's Check from a Real Estate client, with the wrong Payee on the check.  That' Earnest Money check was made out to the wrong brokerage, and my client ended up buying a different house.  So, I came back to the branch, in person, to have the check redrawn with the proper Payee.  Not only could they not do it (policy), they didn't even offer to call my client to see if this was fine with him (certainly, the BAC folks could find his phone number on file).  Where he lives (Ames) there is no BAC office, so now my guy has to make a special trip all the way to DSM, just to get the check reissued?   Maybe he can just wire it, but ... seems like this shouldn't be that big of a deal, especially when I have all of the paperwork to support the request.   Friendly people, horrible policies for customer service.  Hey BAC, not everyone is a crook, or a terrorist trying to launder money.   The pendulum has swung too far in the wrong direction in this country.  Where is the "Speed of Trust" to get business done, quickly!
