This bank NEVER has enough staff. I have been going here for 20 years. The last 5 years or so it sucks. I have been in line for 20 mins.  They only have one or two tellers working. Even during busy times.

Displeased with this Bank of America branch. I scheduled an appointment online and I wasn't able to make it. I called in so I could cancel and reschedule the appointment. They never answered. Great.
