The teller window was perfectly fine. The experience was relatively quick and easy. However, I asked to speak with a personal banker. This was where my experience went down hill. I waited in the lobby, where they told me to sit to speak to a banker. The banker skipped over me being the only person in the lobby, to another person who walked in and just asked to speak quickly. I waited for about 30 minutes, and am actually still waiting in the lobby, for assistance with my account. I'm not sure if a different bank of America would be better, but it's a drive out of the way.

Aweful!!! I was not going to give them any star, but there wasn’t any other way to write this review. I live in SLC, UT. The bank doesn’t have any office here, which is ok; at least they have and ATM at the Trolley Square Mall, which I normally use. I went there to try to withdraw money today, but it was running out of cash. I called CS, and held for over an hour to speak with a Rep, who told me there’s nothing she could do. I asked, there should be a way to send a message or request to the vendor to let them know about the cash issue. She insisted she could not do anything. She put me on hold a couple of times and then she stated she was going to transfer me to somebody else who could assist me. She ended up just dropping the call to the Fraud Department! I waited for about 10 more minutes to speak with somebody else to tell me what department I was speaking with. Completely unacceptable! A waste of time, and REALLY POOR Customer Service!! Would you open an account with a Financial Institution that offers you this type of service? I don’t think so. Good business is ultimately defined by good and strong Customer Service. I’m not upset anymore, but just glad I could share this with you so it helps you figure out where to put your money and which financial institution is not with to do business with. Thank you. Jl.

One of the bank tellers is very rude and unprofessional. Went in on a Saturday to talk to a customer representative. One other person was ahead of me. The bank teller called to me from her window and asked me what I wanted. She then rudely proceeded to tell me that they couldn't help me because they would be closed in a 1/2 hr and there wasn't time to take care of me. I left. I went to another Bank of America bank and even though it was close to closing time, they took care of my needs. The representatives at this branch were extremely polite, professional and helpful. I would rather drive further to use another branch than to go to this branch again.

The parking at this branch is a nightmare! There are about six or seven spots in the bank parking lot, but it appears that the employees take up most, if not all of the spots. Therefore, customers cannot park. Also, street parking is metered, so one cannot park without paying. There is also only a walk up ATM, but again no parking spots in order to use the machine. I am disappointed because this branch is the closest to my house, but I will be looking for a more accessible location.

I was so dissatisfied with the customer service that I asked the teller for my check back and deposited it into a non-BofA bank. Tried to deposit a check but my account was from out of state. The teller was quite rude when telling me that I had to fill out an additional form. I felt like it was my fault for not knowing that a BofA from one state is different from those in other states. She vaguely pointed out the window to where I could find the extra form. I couldn't tell where she pointed so I asked again and she gave me an attitude like it was so much trouble for her to give clear directions. Started to fill out the form and must have made a mistake because she asked me to fill it out again. That's when I asked for my check back and took it elsewhere. I was the only customer in the bank and the teller did not appear at all busy. I was disappointed that she didn't fill the form out for me (especially since it was mid-day and there were no other customers at the bank). I was offended that I got a flippant attitude considering that I was making the simplest of transactions. This branch is not recommended.
