This incident happened back in 2009 I felt I should share it. I really never got over it. All I have to say is I went to get cash I received my money in a timely manner. I then went to sears to buy some gifts. Sears told me my 50 dollar bill was a fake. I said I just got that from the bank. I then left the gift and went back to the bank. The teller told me they can not exchange my bill because it was a fake. I explained I received the bill from there branch they did nothing but look at me like a fool. Never went back but I’m here to warn everyone else about Bank of America in general never had a great experience with them. I never got my 50 dollar bill replaced and i find it very shady but don’t let this happen to you please check your bills and bank somewhere else if possible.

Went great I got there kina late before it closed and they stayed with me after hours and I know its a Friday and they got family's but I appreciate it the most. This man Dario was a great help and I also appreciate him staying after hours to make sure I got all my questions answered and get MY account token care of. The only bank I like to go to

Severely understaffed. One teller who ignores people and shuffles back and forth behind the glass doing anything but assisting the ten customers who've been in line for a half hour. I have a business and I don't have time for this blatantly poor service.

If I could give zero stars, I will give zero because the assistance manager is an unprofessional person. I have a problem cashing my check and instead giving different options to solve this situation, I was mistreated.  I don't know if they receive human resources or human relations courses because they act rude as if they were making me a favor instead of doing business.
