I tried getting credit from this bank for my new house I tried to purchase. The person taking care of my paperwork pretty much showed me they didn't care about what their doing. A month later and I still didn't get an approval or a disapproval. I lost my interest money because of them! Very unprofessional, and I found another bank who got my paperwork done in less then a week!

Worst customer service bank ever I'm glad I'm not with these people, they had one or two cashiers in the busiest days of the week

I've tried calling this location and surrounding locations multiple times during their normal business hours and no one EVER answers the phone. Glad I don't actually bank here and am trying to just deposit money. Terrible customer service!!! Go to Chase Bank!

If I could give it less than one star I would. Some of the bank tellers are nice. With the job I have I can only go to the bank after hours and use the ATMs. Very disappointing. Each ATM always has something wrong with it. I am tired of their crap and construction. I've been dealing with their problems for over 4 years now and today was the last straw. All I wanted to do was deposit my check and not one ATM had the option to even do so. I am fed up and ready for this location to be torn down.
