ATM deposit always down, longggg lines and I've been trying to call and talk to someone at the location for over an hour with no answer.

After they closed down the drive through across the street, my wife had a large CASH deposit. She went inside here to make the deposit. A manager intercepted her at the door and walked her OUTSIDE to the ATM on the side of the building in the middle of vehicles in line to "do a teaching moment" about the ATM outside. She didn't ask her if she wanted to or what her transaction was. She just grabbed her at the door and went. I was livid. Talk about dangerous and unsafe. It was a large cash deposit, standing in then middle of a line of cars at the ATM. Freaking stupid idiots. No security outside, no nothing. Apparently they though they were doing customers a favor. There were only two customers in line inside. It was all I could do to not contact all the news stations to do a video of this idiocy. We've never been back.

Awful. After hours atm deposit always down and ive been inside twice and both times only one person working and long lines.

Worst customer service I've had an account with Bank of America for 9 years and never had experienced with a "manager" being so rude.
