I  was in there waiting for over 15 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't help me. I wanted to get a notary  and open a small business account. I will NOT GO BACK TO THEM. The old lady was rude and all to 3 other people to not cool. Business is business and money is money.

Had an 11:00 am appointment with  Brent Morin today 6/2/2017. H e made me feel at ease and was very professional. He took care of my issues and explained the process to me.I could see he was running around helping all the customers waiting in line.Brent is a refreshing change from most customer service experiences.Brent is an asset to B of A and he should be recognized for the great job he is performing at the Bank.....

If I could give 0, I would. Jose, the jackass with snide remarks, doesn't need to be dealing with people. Period. If you can, go to any other location than this one.

Very poor customer service! It is interesting that they all get the same training but implementation is different. !!  I wish I had go to my regular bank not at this location. They had 6-7 employees working and none is notary certified!

The lines here are forever long. Money orders are way expensive and of you don't have a account you can hang it up
