Didnt tell us what the amount was going to be before she went ahead and processed the transaction. So they overcharged me by about 100 dollars and were shady about how they did it. If this is not BoA policy she shpukd be fired.

Severely understaffed branch,teller crowded all the time.staff are great.needs considerable improvement in service.

Charged me 8 dollars to cash one of there checks. I rather go to amscot. Horrible service.  I'll never bank there.

The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful but Bank of America as an institution really sucks! Sometimes I think they go out of their way to make things more difficult.
