Worst customer service at this branch made me wait half an hour to open an account. Avoid at all cost

If I could give -10 stars for this branch I would.  Every time I've been in this branch they made me feel like I was doing something wrong. It took me 48 minutes to cash a check. Do yourself a favor and avoid this particular branch in Billerica center.

I don't know how Bank of America competes with other banks when they have the worst hours ever. How am I as a contractor supposed to work a full day only to have to take time in the morning to do banking there cause they close at four o'clock weekdays and noon on Saturdays?

This is the second time I had to go into bank bank. I got yhe same response from the branch manager. Her response is they are too busy please go to another branch or make an appointment to come back at a later time. The problem is she can do everything that the other employees are doing just she doesn't it's  better to turn aeay customers then lift a fingeri guess. Great management.

We used this BoA branch often when we were living in Billerica.  The staff was friendly and service was prompt, even when it was doing mundane items as exchanging bills for quarters.  I haven't had any issues using their ATM during off hours either.
