They will not allow non customers to cash checks written from their customers checking accounts....if the check is written to “cash”. Even though you give them your license and fingerprint. Then they want you to convert you to using their Bank after not letting you cash one of their checks.  Why would anyone want to bank with them if they won’t allow non customers to cash their bank checks at the bank they are written from. Really bad tactics to try to gain new customers. Waste of time.

They are very slow. Only one persanal banker . Take long of time . This place is time waste.  Very bad customer service

It's my local bank. My complaints are the hours and the atm machine. There has been a handful of times that the machine has been broken. Come on BOA you guys make enough money! Get a new atm machine! Every time the atm is broken I have to use another atm and not only does the machine charge me but BOA actually has the nerve to also charge me! So it ends up costing me close to $5 to get my OWN cash out all because a billion dollars bank won't fork up the cash to get a new atm machine!

It's bad enough they close at 1pm but when you get there at 12:35 and no one is there, that's unacceptable. Seriously considering about switching to PNC. I'm tired of poor service at this bank.
