Does not honor appointments made 11am is 11am. A true business person would tell the person without an appointment to wait there turn. This branch has more desks empty then people in it. Dont waste your time here. Yeah and as for the woman at the front desk, I note in other posts, clearly she discriminates on who she wants to help.
