I do all of my banking online every  month except for 2 payments that require me to go inside. Twice a month for 2 years I do business here and have always had to wait in line for 20+ minutes. Usually only 2 tellers and the manager in sight and 20 customers waiting. I find it pathetic that a bank is not able to track it's busy hours and staff accordingly. I would change banks but it is the closest to my home. Maybe I'm the dumby for not changing because BOA certainly isn't.

I rarely go to the bank especially this location.  Every time i have been here , I have experienced slow lines at the teller.  At times, i have waited 30 minutes in line. They need to look at thier staffing to improve customer service.  I plan not to go to  this location in future.

Every time I have to go in I'm greeted and taken care of very well. I don't understand the ratings...

Been with BofA for over 12 years. I had 3 issues, not bad... The Branch Manager is very rude and comes off as if his time is too important and he should not be bothered. I over looked it the first two times but not today. Most of the staff is ok even thought the reps promise to call back and they don't and you have to chase them. There are other bank products at other banks. It's time to go bank shopping and take as many people I know along with me. I wonder if the area manager actually knows how the customers are treated by the staff? Unbelievable in this day and age. The BM needs to go back to customer service 101 or even better be transfered to another location, either way, I am out...
