The worst institution I've been to. They have 10 windows and always have 2 people on deck. I've never been here less than 35mins-1hr. I am almost on the verge of switching banks because this is most definitely and serious problem.

It's impossible to get through to them on the phone.
I've been trying for two days and I either get a busy signal or I'm told that all the representatives are busy. There is no option to hold - you just have to hang up and try again. I'm trying to cancel an appointment. You can make an appointment online but you can't cancel one online.I guess they'll know the appointment has been cancelled when I don't show up.

Every time I come here I am here for an hour getting wrote up for being late is not cool . They are under staffed .A hour should be enough time to go to the bank .
