The new policy of not accepting cash deposits via the teller seems backwards. They say it's to avoid money laundering but surely you can recognize patterns and create reports for this issue. Honest hard working people should not have to be inconvenienced. The manager was Condescending and even thought it funny that I had trouble with the branch front doors. To follow up.  I called to ask for the Managers last name to type a letter. He refused by saying I'm sorry. I'M UNABLE TO HELP YOU and hung up on me. His behavior will happen again because it's his character. I hope someone holds him accountable at some point because he is arrogant and feels untouchable.

Good but the skills of the associates are way beyond reasonable.

Terrible branch.  You spend your entire lunch break waiting in line. Why would a downtown Baltimore main branch have one teller. It has been like this every day for years. Bank of America should be ashamed of their customer service because it's running clients away. .
