This branch always has an obscenely long line. I have never waited less than 20 minutes here... and its usually closer to 30. The US Bank next door has less of a wait.

This is one of the worst Banks that you can never visit never ever ever ever going to this branch you will wait over 30 minutes to get help the moronic greader slash idiot greets you with a smile how can I help you I reply if you can get your ass in the other side and help us out so we can get out of here fast enough would be magnificent they have the longest lines that you could ever imagine. What's such a high volume of customers entering in and out of this establishment you would think that management would be smart enough to hire more tellers but the ding dong heads rather have customers getting upset till when you go up to the window they waste your time telling you would you like to open up a checking's account or savings account screw you Bank of America and your staff. As a result of their idiotic business practice I have closed my account paid off my credit card and they closed it now I go to Wells Fargo which is 3 minutes away friendly staff at Wells Fargo tons of tellers at Wells Fargo just the way more better experience than this ridiculous Branch Gardena main Bank of America the worst bank branch if not in the country but worldwide from what it feels like do not go to Wells Fargo and waste your time ridiculous stuff learn how to do business morons

There's always only one or two tellers working who seem to work at a snails pace and no matter when you seem to come here there's always 10-20 people in line. Yet like four people standing around and multiple people sitting at desks. Seriously, what the F BoA?!?!

Is B of A has gotten a bad rap and I'll tell you why. The wait time here is ridiculous. You will never get in and out in five minutes even if your life depends on it. If we can pass all of that this place is exceptional. On the plus side: There is an enormous parking lot outside and the grounds are kept very clean. There's plenty of ATMs both drive-through and by the entrance...if you need to make a quick stop you can probably get away with it... however there will be a huge line in front of you during The rush-hour 12pm to 5PM. On a high note ; Let's talk about the customer service, it's exceptional! Everyone's very nice and will behave with a professional setting you can't go wrong.

Although we have a business account and we use the merchant line; it'll take me a minimum of 15-20 minutes on a good day just to make a deposit. The teller handling the business line (I think her name is Wylah) is the slowest teller with an attitude. She likes to waste time by chatting with everyone. I had to complain to her manger couple of time but nothing changed.
