This Branch is good in terms of customer service and approach. Especially Preethika Manickam is very good and the one with whom the customers can rely on...Very friendly and nice executive.

I wouldnt even offer one star. Even one star is too much for them. The bankers who walk around to ask what you try to do here and such make you go back and forth the atm machine and teller which took about 20mins of your time. People in front of me and behind me got really confused. We just concluded that they want to keep people away from the teller window. This branch in particular is extremely inefficient. I went to many other branches and service was excellent. Very unfortunate they hire such incompetant workers who lack knowledge of their own machines and services being provided.

Ended up spending one hour here. Didnt bother going anywhere else ONLY BECAUSE bank was closing anyway.

Spent an hour here waiting to cash bonds only to be told they ran out of the redemption form and they actually can't do anything.  Completely useless and incompetent.

Bank is good and has great service. The only bad thing about this location is the parking. People visiting the surrounding businesses use the parking spots labeled "Bank of America parking only", leaving actual bank customers to park way in the back if there is any parkig spots even available.
