This branch is unfortunately nearly useless. It's in a convenient location, but runs short staffed. Waiting in line for 30 minutes, only to discover that the one teller working is unable to do a routine transaction because they are on loan from another branch is priceless. Couple that with having comparably short opening hours (in an industry that coined the phrase "banker"s hours", that's saying something!), and this place is a real stinker.

The employee Shane has a bad attitude. I witnessed him hassle a customer at the door at 5:01 PM who just wanted to cash his pay check and put gas in his truck to get home on a Friday afternoon. He was telling him he couldn't let him in because 1 customer leads to another. Seriously? 
He gave me an unnecessarily hard time when I asked for a copy of the checks I had deposited one day for the company I work for. I physically walked the checks to the counter and deposited them... I asked a manager to help me when he refused...and he also couldn't be troubled. Not helpful and deliberately rude to customers.

All the employees and managers have always been very accommodating, service oriented, and friendly. I would highly recommend this branch.

If your doors are open, it means you are open! What a rude and uncourteous staff. Very disappointed with their attitude today, April 13.
