Workers didn’t even know how to cash a check. Waited twenty minutes so they could call a bunch of people. Two people working with ten people waiting. Super rude!!!!  The teller and another lady who apparently checks people in were the rudest people ever!! Kept butting into my conversation. I will never go there again!!!

The drive in banking is fast and convenience. This is my first time at this location and totally like it. Thank you for a great service.

This location is very disorganized. They need to hire a different manager. Whoever is managing the North area needs to be gone!!

Very unprofessional. Bankers sitting in empty offices with no customers with them. Me and other customers waiting in the seating area looking at these lazy bankers doing nothing to help customers.

The reviews from other locations close to this one have terrible reviews as well.

Service was super fast. I came in to deposit cash, close a business account and open a new checking account and the process was smooth and fast. Thanks to David and Kevin

Had Sean and Kevin and by far the best bankers I'd ever had. Stick to the Lake Woodlands Bank of America. They treat you like family not just another cutomer.
