I'm still waiting for a call back from customer service.  waiting.  waiting.  try to use a flip phone to get through to a human and you will nearly go bonkers.  You will be asked to enter a series of numbers.  My flip phone automatically has entered some random number before I can attempt to enter a series of numbers, and I cannot back space.  Web site didn't give an option of SAYING the numbers.  I could not get the lady to write down my land line number and walk it to the customer service person and ask him or her to phone me so I can tell the numbers!  She hung up.  I went to land line, and there I was asked to enter OR SAY the numbers.  I got a list of options and finally was asked by automation to say what I wanted.  I said, "stop check"....That got me into a circular problem with no way out, because the automated listener thought I said, "order check".  I called back to the number and finally got to the point (the first base) where I was told customer service was busy.  I left my phone number with the call back option.  Now I'm waiting waiting,  Bueller  bueller?  I'm sorry, I cannot open the bay door.  But I can sing "Daisy".

I go to this bank everyday to deposit money for my job and this is the worst Bank of America. Everyday it’s only two tellers and at times it’s 1. One specific teller has the worst nasty stank attitude. They need help. I always stand in line for 30mins or more

Dont ever come to this bank!!! Rude, slow and just horrible. 2 clerks at a window on a Saturday!!! Then thought a $83.00 check was fake!! Calling corporate on Monday its a damn shame!!!

Don't usually review banks, but waited in line for 30 minutes to cash a check.  3 tellers(1 working) and 5 in line.  Save yourself the time and go to the downtown Decatur location.

Been their twice both times left and went to another branch and got taking care of.  Worst service everrrrr.... They told me I couldn't open a account because my social security card was old but I had another form they could've taken.  When I showed them, they then said "well we already saw your social security card so we can't take this other form of idenfication". What kind of bs is that
