The old woman who is a cashier, very rude and has a racist treatment, "if they do not like their work nobody has them there by force" old woman so more incompetent ... is the first time that I'm treated that way Rude in a BOA

Went in to get a signature notarized.  Walked in and was with the notary in less than a minute.  Very quick service.

HOW IS IT THIS PLACE IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS TODAY BUT THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED CONSTRUCTION ON THE BUILDING???!!!??!!?!
