This Bank of America has a drive-thru ATM which is nice as well as a walk-up ATM as well. One thing to note is that it is not the only tenant in the building so the doors may be open when they aren't

They only have very few employees working at a time & you always have to wait a long time. They've also decreased the hours they're open.  Fairfax City location at Chain Bridge and Main St. is just as awful. Will change banks next year

I went through the drive-thru to make deposit on Christmas Eve & after the completion of my transaction the teller was not cool at all. I will use the ATM for my check deposits from now on! And have been doing just that. The inside ppl are very nice indeed

Very slow service.  The staff is no enthusiasm or the initiative to assist the customers for their banking needs.  Just awful service

The "manager" Houry K Kachadorian was very rude she does not like to work. Very bad experience i do not recommend.
