The bank manager, Anthony, was absolutely useless. I called ahead to find out about having a legal document notarized. I provided very exact details indicating I would be signing on my husband's behalf using a dpoa. I was told that was fine and made an appointment. Once there and presenting the requisite documents, Anthony said he could not notarize it. He basically told me to go someplace else. I may be pulling all my accounts.

Diane and Anthony have both been very friendly and helpful, and met my needs during my visit. Wait time was minimal.

I came in at the end of the day for a replacement debit card, which I had lost while traveling, the manager Nolene told me it would be a 30 minute wait then proceeded to take almost an hour with a group right in front of me, completely ignoring me.

I wrote a check to a relative for $100, this location cashed the check for $1000, when I called to find out what happened all they said was "can you send her back in"... no apology or anything.

Horrible service. I have business to do and they make me use the ATM because they're too lazy. Now I have to go to another branch to finish my banking.
