star just beacuse its Bank of America. I've gone to this location a few times and had to deal with them and they were fine. There is a guard during the week during the weekdays.

Yes this is my bank but they have the slowest service ever they always have one teller in the bank the day I waited 30 minutes to make a deposit I do not like using ATM machine cuz it breaks all the time then you have to call for somebody to come fix it is very sad

This branch has their employees take breaks at the most busiest hours. If there is one employee that goes above and beyond always working both the drive through and teller booths it's Shawn. He honestly should be commended for his patience, as I never see him take a break or complain.

Everything works so easy and considerably fast with this location of Bank of America. The tellers and personal bankers are always courteous and very knowledgeable. Especially, I need to highlight James Lanham, a personal banker at this location, when it comes to diligence and work ethic. He was so patient and polite to educate me about everything that has to do with my new account.
Furthermore, it is also very easy, fast, and comfortable to get changes from this location.
Last but not the least, their online banking system is also really convenient. I have downloaded the "BofA" app from the AppStore for free and now enjoying doing all of my transactions sitting on my chair and drinking my coffee!
Banking has never been this easy! I'd love to thank the team of Bank of America (esp. 7912 Belair Rd location) for their diligence and best customer service!
