I wish they had a drive thru and more tellers. The customer service is good though when setting up appointments to meet with some one through their app.

Can't understand why 2 branches of Bank of America would close their drive thru banking. I cannot think of another major institution who's done such a stupid customer UNFRIENDLY act! I am temporarily disabled and not able to walk from parking lot all the way into the bank and then wait as long as 15 mins on a Friday to receive help. I'm so disgusted everytime i go to these 2 branches on Bayou Blvd and North Davis Highway. Are they trying to make banking as hard as possible? If so, they succeeded!

I have to admit they have made online banking awesome and the ATM is great.On occasion you must utilize the bank itself with humans and there they haven't made the transition balance yet.Hoping they notice or listen to complaints and tweak the balance.
