I wish I could give negative ratings because all I need was to get one of my documents notarized, but the person who was assisting me was giving me attitude and rudely said "NO! because I was not the one that was allowed to get the notary and signature.  Well sorry lady, I have never gotten anything notarized before and you could have kindly explain to me the process.  She threw back my document and told me to leave and try some other public notary location.  The way she was treating as if I was wasting her time and that I was stupid.  Plus it was not even busy when I arrived.  If only I could give you her name so you can avoid such horrible customer service.

Their customer service is horrible. I was in the drive up teller line and wanted to make two deposit. One for my job and one for me personally. After I made the one for my job , the teller didn't want to make my deposit talking about I have people behind me go and make the deposit on the ATM. I felt mistreated. They can wait, I'm a customer too.
