WORST BANK EVER!! DEPOSITED $5,500 THROUGH THE ATM DRIVE THOUGHT AND IT ONLY GAVE ME CREDIT FOR THE FIRST $900, THE REST GOT STUCK IN THERE. I WENT IN THE BANK AND THEY TOLD ME "IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, NOT TO WORRY," THAT THE MONEY WAS SAFE TO JUST WAIT FOR A CREDIT. I CALLED CORPORATE AND SAME THING, THEY SAID TO WAIT 10 DAYS. THEY WENT TO CHECK THE ATM 9 DAYS AFTER THE INCIDENT AND NOW ONLY CREDITED ME $2,476. THIEVES!! YOU CAN SEE THE STACK OF $100 BILLS STOCK!! THERE IS NO WAY THAT IT WAS ONLY $2,476!!THIEVES!! BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE!! THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST TOLD ME THAT IF SOMEONE ELSE CAME BEHIND ME AND TOOK THE MONEY THEN IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT!

Oscar is the best banker ever the Manager at this brach is a class lady who goes the extra mile to help customers this is by far the best bank ever.

I went to this bank and I'm the one that had to ring the bell 4 times to get help during business hours. The lady finally came and I wanted to cash my check and I repeatedly told her I wanted 100 dollars in 20's when I received the money she gave me all $100 bills, besides that it took 2 people to cash my check. Unbelievable!!!!! They move soooo slow like turtles, even turtles move faster. The bank on jog rd and Lantana is the best...

Went in on Saturday and observed female manager being so rude to a customer that he asked her to close all of his accounts. She rudely replied ok. I then went to my safety deposit box where you have to be escorted in and out. I waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to let me out. The rude manager I had seen earlier walked in with a customer. I explained that I had been waiting for over 10 minutes to be let out. She explained she was with a customer. What am I ? Really worst bank ever. Looking for a new bank but someone with BOA needs to see what is happening here

Shirley could have made my experience so much better. But she did not want to assist a premier banking customer. A 5 minute job ended up taking 20 minutes.
