I have some pretty significant deposits in this bank. And I went in to get a notary. Not only was i treated rudely and belittled and asked ridiculous questions by the staff. I was told after all of that..  the notary was busy for the rest of the day and wouldn't be able to help me.
Guess what Bank of America ... you've lost my business.
Additionally the notary will only notarize certain specific documents. What good is that? A notary's job is to Simply state that she saw you sign a document, the contents of the document should not matter.

Cynthia is AWFUL I hope no one ever has to deal with her. I usually find this branch pleasant however after my experience today I won't be stepping foot back in.
