If I could give zero stars I would. Christina the “manager “ is an ignorant, uneducated person who has no clue how to treat long time customers who have banked with BofA many many years. She’s unable to solve problems. Makes me wonder if she has a brain. She lacks critical thinking skills. Absolutely terrible. Not to mention the lack of tellers they have at this branch. Awful.

We have always received a warm hello and depending on volume very good service. Any questions have been answered within a reasonable amount of time.
