I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this Bank of America location. I had just opened a new checking account after a huge amount of research and previously only heard great things about Bank of America. I deposited my paycheck through the app as my first transaction and after the check did not clear the next day, I investigated and noticed there was a two week hold placed on my paycheck. Two days later, I went into this location and was met with nothing but rudeness and hostility from the bank teller. Every question I had was promptly shut down with a passive aggressive attitude as if it's the most natural thing in the world to make someone wait two weeks for their hard-earned money during the holidays. When I asked if there was anything I could do I was told, quite rudely, that there wasn't and any other bank would tell me the same. That's probably true, but I bet any other bank would tell me the same thing with a much better attitude! My first experience with your bank has left a lot to be desired and I'm not sure it's worth it to ever have another. After how unpleasant this unwelcoming branch of Bank of America was, I am considering closing my account as soon as my check clears and moving to a more friendly establishment.

If I could rate lower, I would. If you didn’t know that Bank of America is a soulless, anti-customer, fee-generation company, you can go learn about it from the employees at this location. I got to waste 10 minutes of my life with the most passive aggressive, rude, and unkind person with whom I’ve ever had the extreme misfortune to have to interact. I don’t know if BoA corporate training encourages this behavior or if this was an inherently bad person. Either way the experience further demonstrated why I made the right decision in closing all of my BoA accounts. I hope our interaction will help this person become a kinder soul in this world, but I have little faith in someone who would choose to work for BoA. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL CREDIT UNION!!!!!
